As a part of our service offering to the local Tri and Multisports community, the XTR team are proud and privileged to be able to support and facilitate the following great events including triathlon events on behalf of Team XTR:

     

    City of Joondalup Coastal Quest - 12 December 2021, Hillarys

    The City of Joondalup Coastal Quest Triathlon 2020 event is schedule for 12 December 2021.   This would be the fourth staging of this event which is suitable for elite, local, national and novice newcomer athletes. 

    For 2021 the Joondalup Coastal Quest Triathlon  will be a WA State Champion ship event and form part of the WA State Series for both Juniors and Senior athletes.   The Sprint course option for seniors is also an Age Group ITU World Championship Qualifying race. over the standard distance of 750/20/5.

    The event includes selection of short races including:

    • Sprint – 750m Swim / 20km Ride / 5km Run – for elite, senior and representative junior athletes
    • Bolt (Short) – 250m Swim / 7km Ride / 2km Run – for junior and novice athletes
    • Duathlon – 2km Run / 20km Ride / 5km Run – for junior and novice athletes
    • Tin Lids (Kids 7-11 Yrs) – 100m Swim/3km Ride /500m Run

     

    The Nodes Quest (Run & Aquathlon

    This is a Run and Run-Swim-Run and Run event format is suitable for all age groups including both kids, junior and novices distances. 

    The Nodes Quest now forms part of the City of Joondalup Tri Series.

    The event includes selection of short races including:​

    • Nodes 5000m Run

    • Nodes 10000m Run

    • Tin Lids Swim-Run  ( 500m Run / 100m Swim / 500m Run)

    • Juniors Swim-Run  ( 1km Run / 300m Swim / 1km Run)

    • Short Course Swim-Run  ( 1km Run / 300m Swim / 1km Run)

    • Long Course Swim-Run  2.5km Run / 1km Swim / 2.5km Run)

     


    The Joondalup Autumn Classic Run-Swim-Run

    This great classic Run-Swim-Run event format is suitable for all age groups including novices.  For 2021 the Joondalup Autumn Classic will form part of the WA State Series for both Juniors and Senior athletes and the long course option for seniors is a Age Group ITU World Championship Qualifying race. over the standard distance of 2.5km Run - 1km Swim - 2.5km Run.

    The event includes selection of short races including:​

    • Tin Lids (Trystars 7-11 Yrs) –  500m Run / 100m Swim / 500m Run

    •  

      Short Course (for Novice & Juniors 12 to 15 years) – 1km Run / 300m Swim / 1km Run
    • Long Course – 2.5km Run / 1km Swim / 2.5km Run
    • 1500m swim Challenge
    • Enduro Sprint – 500m Run/150m Swim/ 500m Run/150m Swim/500m Run

      

    The City of Joondalup Mullaloo Triathlon

    Based at the wonderful Mullaloo Beach location this is fast proving one of the most popular events on the state triathlon calendar.  Presents fast racing on mostly new bitumen road surfaces and scenic run and ideal race village with local beach restaurants at the start/finish.  The event includes selection of short races including:

    • Novice and Junior Bolt - 250m Swim / 10km Bike / 2km Run (suitable for all novice athletes, juniors 12-15, 16-19 years and junior elite)
    • Sprint - 750m Swim / 20km Bike / 5km Run (suitable for all juniors 14-19 years and individual senior athletes)
    • Duathlon (Short) - 2km Run / 20km Bike / 5km Run  (suitable for all juniors 14-19 years and individual senior athletes)
    • Standard -  1.5km Swim / 40km Bike / 10km Run Open athletes, Individuals & Relay Teams - family, sporting clubs and corporate teams)
