How to Use:
- Apply a moderate amount (approximately 10g) to your chamois, paying particular attention to where the chamois and lycra seams integrate
- Apply a light covering to your nether region. We recommend focusing on the inside of your thighs and groin!
- Re-apply to your skin and chamois every 4 - 6 hours for maximum benefit!
